  • Strengthening communication and interpersonal skills

  • Building problem-solving, decision-making, and flexible thinking skills

  • Developing routines that support independence, consistency, and emotional stability

  • Applying skills through real-life experiences and community-based activities

Services are individualized and goal-focused, supporting youth as they build skills, confidence, and connection in ways that feel meaningful within their everyday lives.

Therapeutic Support

O-I-See provides Therapeutic Support services that focus on emotional skill development, self-regulation, and healthy communication. Services are structured, goal-oriented, supporting youth as they build emotional awareness and resilience.

Therapeutic Supports may include:

  • Identifying and expressing emotions in healthy, age-appropriate ways

  • Practicing coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and everyday challenges

  • Strengthening communication and social interaction skills

  • Building resilience, self-advocacy, and confidence

  • Supporting emotional awareness related to life transitions or ongoing stressors

These services focus on skill-building through supportive, here-and-now experiences. They are not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, but may work alongside other therapeutic supports to strengthen a youth’s overall growth and well-being.

Resonance Guidance

Resonance Guidance offers present-focused, relational support for youth who benefit from having space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what they are experiencing in their everyday world. This service is designed for youth who may not be seeking therapy, but who want support navigating school, relationships, emotions, and daily stressors in a way that feels responsive to the here and now.

Resonance Guidance centers on helping youth notice what feels aligned, what feels challenging, and what supports may be helpful next. Sessions are shaped by the youth’s lived experience and emphasize awareness and meaning-making within real-life contexts.  School is viewed as their full-time job, that often has demands of overtime, for achievement letters or numbers.

Resonance Guidance may include:

  • Exploring current experiences related to school, peers, or daily routines

  • Supporting regulation and coping in the context of real-world situations

  • Strengthening relationship and communication skills

  • Helping youth organize schoolwork and priorities when stress or overwhelm is common

  • Encouraging self-awareness and reflection to clarify needs, values, and next steps

Resonance Guidance emphasizes presence, practical support, and may help youth determine whether additional supports, outside of O-I-See’s service scope, would be beneficial.  Resonance Guidance is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment, but has proven worthy of supporting other therapeutic supports to strengthen a youth’s overall growth and well-being.
