Discovery & Career Planning
Discovery & Career Planning services help youth explore their interests, strengths, and future goals while building practical skills for independence and transition into adulthood. Services are individualized and experiential, supporting youth in understanding themselves and their options.
Discovery & Career Planning supports may include:

Caregiver Support & Advocacy
Caregiver Support & Advocacy offers thoughtful, structured support for parents and caregivers as they navigate the evolving needs of their child. This service provides space to strengthen understanding, refine parenting approaches, and build confidence in decision-making across home, school, and community settings.
Sessions may include:
• Exploring developmental patterns, identity formation, and emotional needs
• Strengthening communication strategies and supportive responses at home
• Identifying regulation tools and practical strategies that align with a child’s strengths
• Clarifying parenting values and long-term goals
• Preparing for school meetings or provider conversations
• Reviewing and understanding educational services such as IEPs or 504 plans
• Clarifying options, roles, and next steps within educational systems
• Organizing questions and documentation to support confident advocacy
This service focuses on education, reflection, and practical application. It is not therapy, legal representation, or case management, but supports caregivers in feeling informed, steady, and aligned as they guide their child’s growth.
