Jennifer - President
Serving on the OISYS Board since its founding, Jenny brings a deeply values-driven commitment to youth empowerment, systems navigation, and community connection. As Founder of O-I-See Youth Strategies, she provides mission stewardship and strategic leadership rooted in a belief that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and guided toward their strengths. Jenny also brings extensive experience in trauma-informed care, youth development, and nonprofit leadership, with a focus on building programs that honor the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. As Board President, she is committed to ethical governance, thoughtful collaboration, and long-term sustainability in service of youth and families across Wisconsin.

Dana - Vice President
Serving the OISYS Board since 2024, Dana brings a deep-rooted passion for empowering youth and adults through meaningful connection and opportunity. A former General Manager for O-I-See Youth Strategies, she experienced firsthand the impact of individualized guidance and strong mentorship in helping youth build confidence and navigate challenges. Dana continues to champion O-I-See’s mission, offering expertise in workforce development, career pathways, and creative marketing strategy to strengthen outreach and long-term impact. In her professional role as an Employment and Training Specialist with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Dana supports individuals in developing job skills and securing meaningful employment. She believes in meeting people where they are and supporting their potential, values that guide both her professional work and service to her community.

Susan - Secretary
Serving the OISYS Board since 2020, Susan brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to supporting youth and families. As a Speech-Language Pathologist and Myofunctional Therapist, she is known for stepping back to see the bigger picture and valuing interprofessional collaboration to support the whole child. Susan contributes extensive clinical experience and nonprofit board service, offering insight that aligns with O-I-See Youth Strategies’ commitment to mind, body, and soul connection. While she works thoughtfully within her community and maintains intentional boundaries, Susan is deeply passionate about helping children find meaning through programs that support regulation, growth, and inner strength. She believes compassionate collaboration and reflective practice are essential to meaningful change; values that guide both her professional work and service to the O-I-See Board.

Andrew - Treasurer
Serving on the OISYS Board since 2021, Andy brings a strong foundation in finance and a steady, thoughtful approach to fiscal stewardship. In his professional role as Vice President of Mortgage Lending, he supports individuals and families in navigating complex financial decisions with clarity and care. Andy contributes analytical insight and community-rooted perspective to the Board, helping guide responsible financial planning and long-term sustainability for O-I-See Youth Strategies. A St. Croix Central High School graduate with a bachelor’s degree in finance, he is committed to ethical oversight, relationship-building, and supporting the organization’s mission through sound financial leadership.
