Mission + Vision
O-I-See Youth Strategies is grounded in a belief that every young person deserves to be seen, supported, and understood. Our work is guided by a commitment to individualized, relationship-based support that honors each youth’s lived experience and potential.
Mission Statement
O-I-See Youth Strategies is dedicated to supporting youth and families through individualized, strength-based services. We provide one-to-one, relationship-centered support that honors each young person’s lived experience and unique way of navigating the world. Through trauma-informed, community-based guidance, O-I-See helps youth build self-understanding, regulation, confidence, and practical life skills that support long-term well-being.

Vision Statement
O-I-See Youth Strategies envisions communities where youth are not defined by behaviors or limitations, but where individuals are recognized for their strengths, sensitivities, and potential. We strive for a future where every young person feels seen, supported, and empowered to grow with confidence, connection, and purpose—supported by communities that honor the whole child.
O-I-See Values
O-I-See Youth Strategies operates from a foundation of individualized, trauma-informed, and strength-based practice. We value relationship and emotional safety, supporting youth through consistent, one-to-one services rooted in real-world application and community connection.

Individualized + Relationship-Centered
We believe meaningful growth happens through trust and consistency. Services are provided one-to-one, allowing youth to be met where they are emotionally, socially, and developmentally. Each youth’s support plan is tailored to their strengths, needs, and goals.
Strength-Based Affirmation
O-I-See approaches individual differences as sources of insight and potential versus deficits to be fixed. We help youth identify their strengths, develop self-awareness, and build confidence by honoring how they naturally experience and understand the world.
Trauma-Informed + Resonating
We recognize that many youth carry lived experiences that impact regulation, trust, and behavior. Our work emphasizes emotional safety, predictability, and nervous-system awareness. Staff are trained to support regulation, coping skills, and resilience in ways that respect each youth’s awareness for mind, body, and life experience resonance.
Mind, Body, Emotional Integration
Growth is supported holistically. O-I-See integrates emotional awareness, physical regulation, mindfulness, and practical skill-building to support whole-person development. Youth learn tools they can carry into daily life, school, family, and community settings.
Community-Based + Real-World Oriented
Whenever possible, services occur in community settings where skills can be practiced naturally. Sometimes coming to a “community setting” such as the O-I-See office is considered success for a youth! Youth are supported in navigating real-world environments, when able: libraries, parks, workplaces, and community spaces. The goal is always to support a youth in building independence, self-advocacy, and confidence.
Collaborative + Ethical
We partner closely with parents and professionals involved in each youths’ lives that seek support through O-I-See Youth Strategies. O-I-See is committed to ethical practice, transparent communication, and professional accountability, ensuring services remain aligned with youth success- everyone’s ultimate goal!
